Waterborne industrial coatings
Waterborne polyurethane finish
A two-component polyurethane anti-corrosion topcoat consisting of a synthetic resin, a coloring pigment, and a curing agent.
Range of use
Used for water conservancy projects, crude oil storage tanks, general chemical corrosion, ships, steel structures, and other colored concrete facets that are resistant to sunlight exposure.
1. Good chemical resistance and water resistance.
2. Resistant to mineral oils, vegetable oils, petroleum solvents and other petroleum products.
3. The film is tough and shiny.
4. Dry quickly.
5. The film is heat-resistant, soft and sticky.
Spraying. The surface of the object to be coated must be clean and dry. The rust treatment of the surface of the substrate can meet the requirements. Normally, water can be added to about 10% at room temperature. The tools used during construction must be dry and clean. The tools should be cleaned in good time. Finally, the waste paint bucket should be handled carefully to avoid environmental pollution. The ratio of the main paint and the curing agent is 10:1. After mixing, it must be stirred evenly. How much is used for dispensing is required. After use, it must be used within 2-3 hours. Can add about 10% of water, after the tool is used, it should be cleaned in time.
