DESCRIPTION
Product introduction
Waterborne Acrylic Anticorrosive Primer is a new environmentally friendly rust-proof anticorrosive coating based on a synthetic resin base material with various fillers and additives. Water-based acrylic anticorrosive primers have a wide range of applications. Bridges, steel structures, ships, electrical and mechanical, and steel materials can be seen everywhere. Because of its energy saving and environmental protection, it will not cause harm to the human body and the environment and pollution, so it is welcomed by users and is the direction of future development of the coating industry.
Scope of application
Cars, ships, grids, machinery manufacturing, containers, railways, bridges, boilers, and apply to all kinds of steel structure surface as anti-rust primer, it has the advantages of lead-free, non-toxic, quick-drying and rust-proof performance, etc.
Feature Description
1.Truly green.
2. Non-flammable and non-explosive, easy to transport.
3. Dilution with tap water. Construction tools, equipment and containers are cleaned with tap water, reducing coating costs.
4. Drying time is quick, work efficiency is increased, and labor costs are reduced.
Instructions
Airless spraying: the outlet hydraulic pressure is not lower than (150Kg/cm2) 15Mpa; brush or roller: recommended; traditional spraying: recommended, only applicable to small-scale construction. Steel surface: sandblasting to Swedish standard Sa2.5 or manual, power tool derusting to St3. During construction and drying, the ambient temperature is preferably above 10 degrees, the relative humidity is lower than 80%, the temperature of the substrate is more than 3 DEG C above the dew point, and good ventilation is ensured. The paint is a water-based paint. Generally, there is no danger of burning or explosion. However, ventilation should be strengthened to improve the paint environment. If the product accidentally comes into contact with the skin or eyes, rinse it with water.
